NDB Ltd. is the IBM, VMware and RedHat Software Distributor for Bulgaria.

The history of NDB Ltd. includes several periods as follows:

1995 – NDB Ltd. has been established as NDB INFORMIX Authorized Technology Center
1998 - NDB Ltd. gained the status of INFORMIX representative office for Bulgaria due to the high results achieved by the Technology Center.
2001 - NDB Ltd. became the first IBM Software distributor for Bulgaria as a sign of recognition to the achievements of the Informix business in Bulgaria.
2007- NDB Ltd. became RedHat and VMware distributor for Bulgaria.
